About our Camps
Whether we are playing a spirited game of dodgeball or sitting around a campfire singing and roasting marshmallows, our staff will make sure your children are engaged and having the time of their lives. We pride ourselves on hiring an enthusiastic, highly trained staff who love what they do. Run for Fun Camps offers a variety of experiences during the summer and school year. Summer 2021 day camps features three sessions that span two to three weeks in length where families can choose between Run for Fun “On Campus” Day Camp OR Adventure Day Camp in Stable Cohorts. Overnight Camp High Five Pinecrest is scheduled to run July 11th-16th. Additionally, check out the PDF’s below (coming soon) for detailed information on Run for Fun Summer Camp during COVID-19 and see the following calendars (coming soon) to determine which Run for Fun Camps will work best for your family.
Run for Fun has spent the Fall semester leading after school camps for youth which has given us a strong understanding of best practices and realistic practices that can be applied to working with our campers during COVID 19. In summer ’21 we will continue to follow guidelines laid out by Santa Clara County. With this in mind, we have created three day camp options that are able to pivot and adjust based off the state of the pandemic. Parents are able to choose the best options for their families. Your Campers will only interact with kids place in their same cohort.
– All Campers on Campus – Games, Play and Crafts in stable cohorts
– Stable Group Adventures – Campers go in 12-15 passenger vans driven by our admin staff on Adventures.
– Adventure Day Camp – In the event of a return to normalcy, we will pivot to bring back our normal camps. This option is not currently available for sign-up.
