Families may opt into a payment plans with a $300 deposit at checkout
There is a 3% surcharge added to all payments made by credit card. There will be no additional fee for ACH.
Refund Policy: Before February 28th, receive a full refund excluding the $150 application fee OR full credit to another overnight session in Summer ’27 that has availability; March 1st – April 30th – 50% refund OR full credit to another Overnight Session in Summer ’27; May 1st forward – No Refund; Transfer to another Session in Summer ’27 if spaces open. A spot may be offered to overnight camp in Summer ’28 if there is a waitlist for the session you are signed up for and your spot can be filled.
Camp does not refund for sickness, injury, sporting event etc. Please read travel insurance information in the next paragraph to protect your camp experience.
Travel Insurance: We recommend families purchase camp tuition insurance to cover camp fees in the event you want or need to cancel. Camp insurance is the only way to potentially get reimbursed for camp expenses in the event of the unexpected (travel changes, sickness, sporting events, injury etc.) Camp tuition insurance can be purchased through Travmark, and not directly from Run for Fun Camps. Please note that sports-related cancellations are not covered under Travmark’s basic Activity Insurance plan but may be covered under Activity Insurance Plus, subject to policy terms. Please confirm eligibility, exclusions, and coverage requirements directly with Travmark before purchasing. Parents may also purchase from the travel insurance company of their choosing.
If camp is forced to close or cannot operate for any reason, parents will be able to select their preferred cancellation option from our Camp Closure Cancellation Policy.
